The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded and passed upward through the filter bag with the metal skeleton inside. The dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered purified gas moves upward in the bag until it enters the scrubber. The purified gas enters the exhaust manifold through the poppet valve and is discharged. The shell is divided into a number of independent dust collection chambers with partitions, and each dust collection chamber is equipped with a poppet valve, and each dust collection chamber is cleaned in turn according to a given time interval. During dust cleaning, the poppet valve is closed to cut off the filter airflow passing through the dust collection chamber, and then the pulse valve is opened for about 0.1 seconds, high-pressure air is injected into the filter bag, and the pulse air quickly enters the filter bag downward. At the same time, a shock wave that folds all the filter bags in the room is generated to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. As the normal air flow is cut off during the cleaning process, the shaken dust falls directly into the dust hopper under the filter bag, and the collected dust is discharged through the dust discharge valve.
